DELUXE DYE-SUB LOGO TABLE THROWS: These Table Throws are our top-line, deluxe models. The fabrics are elegant Polyester-twills that meets the NFPA 701 small-scale fire retardant standards. It is much stronger than inferior nylon and similar fabrics. This fabric is wrinkle-resistant and requires virtually no ironing (unlike nylon fabrics).
The graphics are Dye-Sub printed OVER THE FULL FACE OF THE THROW (not just a middle section like our economy "Applique" models). This allows for a very large and professional looking graphic image. The Dye-Sub process allows for unlimited color photo-quality, PMS-matching printing over the full face for the same price.
The dye sublimation process involves using specific sublimation inks that once heat activated at 400 degrees, will "flash" into a gaseous state, penetrating and dyeing the fabric. The sublimation process is permanent because the image actually becomes part of the material. Therefore, Fabric graphics do not scratch (like silkscreen graphics).
Fabric dye sublimation products features a rich, vibrant color spectrum and excellent image quality on fabric. Much brighter and with greater control of PMS color matching.
Dye sublimation fabrics can even be washed (unlike silkscreen graphics, which wear out and fade with continual washing).
DYE-SUB APPLIQUE LOGO THROWS: These Table Throws are our top-line fabric, but with an applied fabric image area (printed with the same Dye-Sub method as our deluxe models). The fabric is an elegant Poly-Twill that meets the NFPA 701 small-scale fire retardant standards. It is much stronger than inferior nylon and similar fabrics. This fabric is wrinkle-resistant and requires virtually no ironing (unlike nylon fabrics).
The graphics are Dye-Sub printed ON A SECTION OF FABRIC AND APPLIED TO THE FACE OF THE THROW.
This allows for a professional looking graphic image. This Dye-Sub process allows for unlimited color photo-quality, PMS-matching printing up to 4 square feet.
PERMA LOGO THROWS: These Table Throws are our top-line fabric, with computer-cut solid-color vinyl material permanently applied to the face (up to 45" wide x 25" high). The fabric is an elegant Poly-Twill that meets the NFPA 701 small-scale fire retardant standards. It is much stronger than inferior nylon and similar fabrics. This fabric is wrinkle-resistant and requires virtually no ironing (unlike nylon fabrics).
The graphics are available in a variety of colors, but no PMS-matching is available.
The Perma Logo process is the same type used on sports uniforms. The solid-color vinyl is transferred to our Poly Twill throws with a high-temperature heat press. The vinyl is permanently adhered and will not peel, crack, or fade (like silkscreened graphics do).
The Perma Logo graphics and fabrics can even be washed (unlike silkscreen graphics, which wear out and fade with continual washing). This option allows for the best fabric with a cost-effective graphic option. Additional colors can be applied for an up-charge.
NYLON TABLE THROWS: We do not recommend nylon table throws and skirting due to the unprofessional look and concerns we receive. Nylon is very susceptible to wrinkling. We specialize in business products for tradeshows and most companies would not allow nylon to be used to promote their company.
Nylon may, however, be a good choice for use outdoors, or where a more athletic look is desired, or when the product being displayed could be messy. These are considered acceptable table throws for events like fishing tournaments, race tracks, fairs, carnivals, garage sales, & swap meets.
